New Units in Camberley near Completion

Dolphin Head were pleased to accept the handover of two new light industrial units from the contractor Priory Gate on the 10th May.

After a very fast and efficient build program Dolphin Head are delighted with the quality of Priory Gate's work.

These two Units will compliment Units 1 to 14 at Camberley Business Centre which were built back in 2005 and have proved to be enormously popular units.

Unit 15 has been pre-sold to Mr Khan of JNL Engineering and the fit out for his use is expected to be completed towards the end of May. Unit 16 will become part of Dolphin Head's letting portfolio and is now available to let on competitive terms.
