Only 3 Units remaining at Orbital Business Centre

Dolphin Head is extremely pleased with the progress of lettings at its new business centre, adjacent to Junction 26 of the M25 at Waltham Abbey, Essex.

The development of nine new industrial units which completed in September 2008 has proved to be an attractive location for companies despite the difficult conditions prevailing in the economy.

Interest continues to be strong in the remaining three units which provide space for warehouse, storage and distribution, trade counters and industrial uses, with sizes from 2,500 square feet.
